One of the most important factors which has attracted increasing numbers of visitors to the city is the civilised attitude and behaviour shown towards them. This has helped to make Da Nang a safer and more friendly destination for both domestic and foreign tourists.

Mr Aron Weinman from the USA said that he was deeply impressed by the hospitability and friendliness of the local people during his recent stay in the city.  He added that when he told his new local friends about his intention to discover the Son Tra Peninsula by motorbike by himself, they enthusiastically give him instructions on how to prepare for his upcoming adventure trip.
